Third phase of “AVIV Park Pancevo” opened in November 2011

Third phase of first Serbian retail park located in Pancevo, 'Aviv park', was opened in November 2011, few months after the grand opening of the second phase and introducing brands such as 'JYSK', 'NewYorker', 'Takko', 'Deichmann', 'Peacocks', 'Fox', 'Tref', 'Golden Beauty', 'Delfi', 'Vivio', 'Neptun', 'Passage' and 'Pileci ducan'.

The first Serbian Retail park in this phase offers to its visitors new brands such as: 'Uradi Sam', 'H&O' and 'Top Shop', of which 'H&O' is Israeli fashion entering our market for the first time.

Danos additionally announced that complete retail department is actively working on further development of project and securing tenants for the next and final phase. Tenants that already signed Lease Agreements are: 'Lilly', 'Metro shoes' and 'Sport Vision'. The negotiations are near end with other international brands, one of which is just entering Serbian market.

The investor of 'Aviv Park Pancevo' is Israeli company Aviv Arlon, one of the world's biggest companies for premium properties developments. Arlon Group has successfully completed over 50 projects in Israel, USA and throughout Europe, since it was founded in 1963.
