D-I-Y tenant confirmed interest for Aviv Park Pancevo – third phase

Apart from "DIS" hypermarket and entrance of "JYSK", "Deichmann", "Takko", "Peacocks", "Fox", "Tref sport", "Golden rose", "Delfi", "In Medio", "Panter Exchange office", along with other tenants, within second phase of park development, (opening May 30, 2011) DANOS Serbia also secured second major anchor for "Aviv park" Pancevo in Do-It-Yourself category whereas Belgian – Serbian company "Uradi Sam" will take up stock of 1.800 sq m.

D-I-Y store is going to be opened in October 2011, as a part of third phase of park development.

DANOS retail team also announced that fourth phase negotiation is already in advanced stage, having several new comers that already confirmed interest.
