Opening of the second phase of Retail Park Pancevo on 30th of May 2011

FIRST STORES OF TAKKO, DEICHMANN AND JYSK IN SERBIA

Danos Serbia has announced that the second phase of 'Retail park Pancevo' will be opened on  May 30, 2011, a year after the opening of theDIS supermarket, which was the initial phase and anchor tenant of this project.

The first Serbian Retail park will offer to its visitors new brands such as: 'Takko', 'Deichmann' and 'JYSK', that are entering our market for the first time and brands that already are present: 'Amatti', 'Golden Rose', 'Fox Fashion', 'Tref sport' etc.

Danos additionally announced that complete retail department is actively working on further development of project, already securing tenants for the next phase.  

The investor of Retail Park Pancevo is Israeli company Aviv Arlon, one of the world's biggest companies for premium properties developments. Arlon Group has successfully completed over 50 projects in Israel, USA and throughout Europe, since it was founded in 1963.
