Fourth phase of “AVIV Park Pancevo” is in construction

Fourth phase of retail park 'Aviv Park Pancevo' is in construction phase. Opening of this phase is scheduled for April/May 2012. This phase will

introduce more interesting brands: 'C&A', 'Lilly', 'DM Drogerie Markt', 'Sport Vision', 'Metro shoes', 'Oviesse kids', 'Dexy Co.', 'Extreme Intimo', 'Telenor', 'Gate One', 'Lisca', ''.

Danos is actively working on further development and leasing of fifth phase. Fifth phase, which represents the final phase, is going to bring this project to completion. It is scheduled for October/November 2012. 

The investor of 'Aviv Park Pancevo' is Israeli company Aviv Arlon, one of the world's biggest companies for premium properties developments. Arlon Group has successfully completed over 50 projects in Israel, USA and throughout Europe, since it was founded in 1963.
